		<description>i believe from personal experiences that dreams are indeed for a large part the brain training itself,the most important of which is training emotions and basic instincts(like the common dream of running away from monsters),also they definitely are spiritual but not necessarily contain meaning.
i definitely agree that they are also a way of coping with various experiences. 
the way i see it when you are awake you experience things externally(your external life),and when you are dreaming internally(your internal life)both need eachother and both fuel eachother,you could think of them in a similar way as ying and yang.</description>
